A former network television host and reporter, Blanche of Feast in the Middle East took a front seat on her own cooking show, sharing hundreds of recipes preserved by her mother and grandmother of Arab descent. These heirloom recipes were all handed down from word of mouth from one generation to the next, recipes that even culinary schools lacked as no written measurements were in existence. Westminster assisted Blanche in refining and optimizing an existing website to feature these recipes. In addition, Westminster continues to develop new items to explore this brand with even a new cookbook on the horizon!
